free meals are good because you don't make enough money to buy lunch every day,

Cons

they seem to identify the laziest workers and give them bonuses and promotional opportunities, while the rest of the people do their work because they stand around talking. no real full time shifts available. management is moody and inconstant. not a terrible place to work but keep working on future plans elsewhere. also some (not all) of the salaries that are posted on here are a bold face lie! i don't know anyone who is making more than $10/ hr.

The company is good overall they do group exercises to strength teamwork.

Cons

I was let go because i did follow a rule with one og the general manger, she got me fried cyz of a false rumor. All mangers that they hire at honeygrow are all from wawa company. Just sad i felt like i was pushed under the table and door slammed in my face... just watch your back when working for them.

Pros

Coworkers are great to work with some have been there a while so they show you the ropes when you come in. Everyone likes to help each other so it makes work pretty fun. Cool customers that like to have fun with us too and it makes the day go by fast.

Cons

Lunch rush can get tough and you need to know your menu in order to succeed and that is going to take time to master.
