Pros

At the time of this post the people working and the overall feel of the work environment is amazing. The people are nice and helpful and everyone is open to helping out.

Cons

I would say at times it can end up feeling like a lot. You get used to it over time but the emphasis on maintaining superior product 100% of the time can feel daunting especially when your just starting out and getting the hang of things.

Pros

Honeygrow values promoting within and healthy work/life balance. I have seen many team members grow into managers and managers moving up to running their own stores. With great support from District Managers, you can tell this company cares for their employees.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly so finding enough team members and managers from the outside can be a little difficult during some time crunches.
