Fantastic place to work; great people

Pros

Great Team to work with. The management really cares about their employees. Your ideas and opinions are truly listened to and followed upon. It's great working at a company where you have direct access to the CEO and President. This is company definitely more than sitting at your desk.

Cons

The pace is fast. Need to make sure you stay connected with co-workers, projects move fast. Which is also good. You're never bored

Manufacturing genuine care

Pros

I've spent a great deal of time in the manufacturing industry and whats most missing is a sense of genuine care and consideration for each employees. This is not the case at iBASEt. You're valued as a individual first and immediately feel part of the family. On an ascetic note, there are many great places to eat and a beautiful new gazebo next to the building. These amenities help you spend your down time in comfortable peace.

Cons

I left the company to work on my own venture. The only con i have is not being there through its amazing growth.
