If you are ambitious and know your worth, you won't work here. There is a lack of direction in the company. Departments work in si-lo although that is just the culture. The initial concern of the revolving door has never gone away.

It's a "what have you done for me lately" environment. And with the quota's, for sales and marketing, done on a monthly basis, it can burn a person out quickly. If you hit your numbers, they leave you alone but if you miss one month, your under a microscope. They tend to hire recent grads and don't necessarily give them the time or support to succeed. Promotions are often given to those with no management experience or training which leads to even more issues between employees and managers.
