Inexperienced C Suite Successful In Spite of Themselves

Convenient location on the GSP; the office is amazing and the staff are top notch. People really care about the clients and the services the company offers.
Cons
Inexperienced C Suite. Only the "CFO" has held a job anywhere else. The CTO started as an intern while in college and has no real world practical experience. Same goes for the CSO and COO. The COO would be better as the head of sales - that's his passion and his forte. He knows nothing about being a COO and therefore the company doesn't have one. The "CFO" is the lawyer but the title of GC got in the way - so they made him CFO. Brilliant thinking. The CEO is a skilled sales person and knows his stuff. Problem is he gets into the minutia of the daily running of the business and that's not where you want your CEO spending his time.
