      iContact is a fantastic place to learn. You coworkers challenge you, your environment encourages being a thought leader.

      Cons

      You will be stressed and overworked, you will be compensated but definitely not rewarded. You will likely not have opportunities for real advancement.

      A Great Example of Corporate Ownership Ruining a Good Thing

      Casual work environment, flexible scheduling, understanding management, competitive salary

      Cons

      Recently purchased by a larger corporation, so the priority of the management has been less at the local office level and more at the corporate level. Quality of interactions with management have gone down, quality of benefits provided have decreased, expectations have gone above capabilities of training

      From upper management, to sales, to account managers, to the support and beyond, iContact is full of great people. Everyone is ready to team up and help each other out. We have an awesome product and a team that truly cares about promoting and growing the company. I am inspired by the positive attitudes and genuine work ethic that is shown day in and day out through my colleagues in every department. The work-life balance is encouraged at iContact. If you are looking for a career path driven, fun and innovative place to work then iContact is a perfect fit.

      Cons

      Some application changes take a while to be implemented. This is understandable in an industry that is constantly evolving.
