It has been a great change to come to an organization that treats you as a person. I left a extremely large telecommunication company 2 years ago that treated every employee as a number. When coming here after being at my previous position for 6 years, I was worried. The entire staff at iDashboards welcomed me with open arms. When I came in as a new employee they went through an extensive training process of the iDashboards application. If you are in sales they will then work with training on other sales application such as Salesforce. They have recently taken on the objective to provide any additional training that the technical staff wishes to add to their knowledge base. The management staff has always been open to ideas regarding the sales process. They have Salesforce coding down to a science. If an employee recommends something that could improve the sales process they will find a way to at least allow it for testing. Coming from the Support Engineer point of view we seem to always be challenged with a new task. Some think this may be troubling, but in this world its great. If all the job was is to provide the same answers over and over it would get boring quick. Some of the Support staff has developed their own add on packs to other software outside of the iDashboards application to allow for an easier integration back to the application. Others are developing internal application for other employees to use to make their life easier when ever possible. From activities both internal and external to our location the atmosphere is always up beat. From one of the most up beat receptionist, to the CEO that does not mind getting tricked with an exploding golf ball. I always enjoy showing up to work!
