Outstanding product and culture of teamwork; sales growth and increased revenue (even in hard economic times) Excellent leadership with a proven process/method of closing business. Company is expanding and it is a very exciting time

Cons

Not too many to think of right off the bat...getting adjusted to new enterprise model, but has gone very smoothly

The team at iDashboards is really top notch. Not just super talented people, but really great to get along with. Every hire is considered based on not only skill, but cultural fit and personality. Everyone wants to enjoy work and the people they do it with, and that's a big deal. There is also pretty incredible opportunity for growth, personally and professionally. The company has a lot of room to expand, and that means leadership opportunities. They give out bonuses and you are recognized and rewarded for hard work.

Cons

Like any small-ish company, there can be challenges and growing pains. We're about 50 now, and looking to grow. New initiatives and new teams can be tough to adjust to, but we're all in it together and help one another out. Most people see a growing company as a positive, and it definitely is. The challenges that naturally come along with change and worth it.

Pros

iDashboards is a small companies so there is always an opportunity to grow and learn new skills. I also enjoyed the company culture and the people I worked with.

Cons

On the other hand being a small company you do need to be willing to wear more than one hats and jump in where needed.
