nice owner, and, on the surface, nice atmosphere...lot of good employees

Cons

too many people trying to consolidate power with the screw overs and back stabbing that goes along with the process. trust no one. way too management heavy for such a small company. as far as the product goes - it's time in the sun has nearly passed.

Great product and support team. Customers really like the tool. Very fun work enviroment (ping pong, holiday parties, golf outing).

Cons

Where do I start? "Managers" are reps who had 2-3 entire verticals/patches and have lasted the longest (aren't proven). They have spent years just working inbound leads and have no clue how to cold call new customers but expect their new reps to. This in turn leads to managers cherry picking leads and waiting until reps. don't work out to refill their pipelines. THEY ALSO DO BUSINESS IN YOUR TERRITORY/PATCH. I have been in sales for many years and have never heard of this happening until I worked at iDashboards. The marketing team really doesn't do anything. They spend time planning a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with business development. Senior management is non existant. The owner sits in his corner office and is kind of weird.

Technical director is a terrible manager, and an overly opinionated bigot, and the owner lets him get away with everything.
