      Pros

      Next to no pros for this company as an American employee, they cater to their rich in Israel

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. They worked us constant 6-7 day weeks during covid and cut our productivity bonuses. Numerous employees tried to contact OSHA during some unsafe work practices. They have a knack for bullying employees, especially productive ones, to work on days they aren't scheduled to. When you contact HR about it they just side with management because they are all in bed together.

      Pros

      They provided excellent benefits and decided in 2021 that they would cover all monthly payments. They also offer a comfortable work from home option for some departments.

      Cons

      It all starts from the top. Very poor management leads to confusion, frustration, and wasted time on projects that don't end up going anywhere. They claim to have an open door policy, but when you are working remotely, that doesn't exist. This directly affects the culture which is non existent. They claim to have this progressive company culture, which again, does not exist when working from home. Almost zero diversity in this organization. 98% Asian workforce. Language barriers will make you feel not included, and left out. Finally, the kicker. INACCURATE JOB DESCRIPTIONS. Read your job description, come up with a number (salary) you believe is fair that position, and then forget everything. They hire you for one position, and then give you three others.
