      I've been here almost 5 years, it is a good place to get experience but nobody stays for too long.

      Pros

      I love almost everyone in my department and on my team, they give good benefits, and the work is interesting work.

      Cons

      An incurable bad attitude about fair salaries for employees below VP, getting a promotion is like pulling teeth, upper management is extremely disconnected and morale is currently very very low.

      Pros

      the people are super cool and chill (mainly in 20s up to mid-30s), many are from creative majors. There is no strict hierarchy, and no micromanaging. A lot of opportunity to move up quickly. People are usually competent. Excellent work-life balance - hardly anyone stays after 5:30pm or works weekends.

      Cons

      Responsibilities are lopsided - people have similar titles, but depending on the department, you may be crazy busy and accountable for a lot of stuff, while others are very slow. Pay is on low side. Benefits are on the stingy side
