      A 'Senior Executive Team' That Lacks Overall Business Intelligence & Is Set In Their Ways

      - Work life balance - Health benefits are very affordable - Get to work in the media industry - Location of office (345 Hudson St, NYC) - Friendly coworkers - Comfortable work environment - Family friendly vibe

      Cons

      - Senior staff waaaaayyyy too comfortable - Low pay, even by industry standards - Salary discrepancy for the 'senior executives' is ridiculous when you look at what they bring to the table - Staff from directors and below do all of the work in the organization - CEO is a salesmen who needs to realign his vision - Slow to adapt in the IT space - Not very forward thinking organization: despite new initiatives to do so, company does a poor job in putting together business cases
