Exceptional culture with smart and passionate people. Many perks including fresh fruit, coffee/tea, many company sponsored social events, beautiful building...just to name a few. Great customer base and management cares. Love it!

Cons

Could work on streamlining some of the existing processes. Otherwise there really isn't much else worth mentioning. Looking forward to expanding the business.

Pros

cannot think of any. They have 2 weeks iteration where you must meet deadline. Manager think your life should be dedicated to the company. no kitchen. no coffee.

Cons

NO work life balance. Every 2 weeks there is a release where need to stay late on Friday and work on Sat. 50% of your weekends are gone. The manager call you back on your day off. You cannot schedule to use up all you vacations at year end even after you work crazy overtime. Micromanage. Pay is low. benefit ok.

A lot of professionals in company doing their work. Management is always opened to hear a good advice and make an innovation. I feel support from all team members during the work process.

Cons

I can't say anything negative about this company, cause I haven't seen anything negative during the time I work in here.
