Demotivating company(Florida office) to work for. Stay away if you are a professional who is honest about your work ,hard working and a passionate professional.

I would really like to know what demotivates you. We have invested significantly in Fort Lauderdale and all of our other employees are telling me the office has really turned for the better, work alignment is moving in the right direction and people are excited about moving forward. You are obviously not in agreement and not happy. Please come talk to me. Tim

Pros

Great people to work with. Great company with many growth opportunities. Leadership has vision and openly communicates that vision with employees. A lot of transparency, if you ask.

Cons

Like most companies, there are challenges. Major challenges include having too much to do in too little time. Vision is great, execution sometimes falls short.

I worry about our people first. Not managing the P&L puts company's out of business so of course we worry about how we spend and invest. I try to be totally transparent and work hard to over communicate. Tim
