Pros

There are a lot of opportunities within the company. I believe overall most people enjoy working at here. If you are someone who is a go getter personality then this is the place for you.

Cons

Growth has some organizational challenges but I think it work itself out. Not a place for someone who expects a steady 9 to 5 environment.

Pros

It's obvious that employees are valued at iPipeline. Numerous perks are offered and it's a pleasure to come to such an attracttive office everyday. I feel I am kept informed of what's going on with the business and I'm happy with the open door policy. My responsibilities are well defined and communication is superior with upper management.

Cons

I know there should be some cons however, the pros overshaddow them. Don't come to work here if you are not dedicated, loyal and hard working because you won't fit in. Teamwork is essential and rewards are numerous.

Pros

- Access to lots of new technology due to the company growing at a fast pace. - Great people all the way around - Lots of access to wellness activities and sports outside of office - Exton is a great area lots of good places to eat - high level management especially CSO, seem to have a good direction for the company and where it is going

Cons

- Too many high payed sales people who don't seem to sell anything - Lots of directors who don't seem to be direct anything - Professional Services seems to be worked way too hard, I have personally seen people cry on a monthly basis from this department due to stress - Sales team gives ridiculous dates on to when stuff can get done without consulting high level I.T. team members. - Management doesn't hold on to experienced developers/engineers but instead worries too much business side, iPipeline is an IT company not a marketing company and should act more like it.
