      -People are top notch and fun -Have continued to improve benefits while other companies seem to be cutting back -Flexible summer hours prorgams -Growing company with good opportunities

      -Always busy -Difficult to keep up with pace at times -Some people don't seem to want to be part of the growth

      SLC Office: Fantastic atmosphere/culture (laughing occurs frequently in the office) Great people! Schedule flexibility LOTS of work No micromanagement Nice downtown location Great customer base Great middle management (directors and VP) Employees that care about their co-workers, customers and the direction of the company Corporate: Career opportunities Great salary Good benefits (iPipeline does a lot to help offset high health insurance costs) Decent amount of PTO LOTS of opportunity for growth in vertical and horizontal markets Great Vision Exciting growth!

      Too much work for the number of resources (can result in half-baked solutions) Recent acquisition transition has been challenging Continue building on unstable product line base Too many independent moving parts (technology, product lines, departments), not enough synergy Customer satisfaction and profit sometimes put at odds with each other Bad sick leave policy
