      Constant growth allows for exposure to many areas of IT Pay is acceptable or good Occasional chance to work from home

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement with no real plan Total lack of specific direction from management Out of control applications continue to have more and more thrown on top of bad base code Employee base has checked out across the board, management has ruined motivation

      Short Commute to the office Nice Hardware to work with Pretty girls bring a nice vibe to the workplace Lunch selection nearby is endless

      Good vacation and sick time. Somewhat flexible schedules.

      If you are looking for an environment that has no process or procedure defined, complete absence of communication, countless decade old systems that are still having issues discovered on a daily basis, no software development best practices being observed, being lectured on why you should be working nights/weekends, and developers that are the bottom of the tech barrel, you are in luck!
