Pros

The people I work with want to do a good job, and most people on the team are more than happy to help as needed. For the most part, folks are excited about the stuff they're working on. Pay is kind of low when compared to the industry standard, especially in IT.

Cons

Leadership is...not good. Communication is non-existant. The new CEO (Pat) has decided that folks now need to come into an office in order to create "culture," which is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. I hate that leadership is so out-of-touch with the employees, because other than that, I enjoy working here. It's just hard to put your all into a company when you don't believe that the people running the place know what they're doing.

Beware of the positive reviews

Pros

There aren't many PROS to working at IPipeline in the Ft Lauderdale office. There are some perks that allow you to work from home and..... well that's really all that I can think of. The benefit to this is not having to see the face of crooked backstabbing management. I thought the old "boys clubs" had died several years ago. It's alive and well in this office of a self proclaimed "frat boy" as the manager. His vision is "Wolf of Wall Street" for this office.

Cons

Any of these inaccurate positive reviews that are being cast in light of the most recent negative reviews are most likely being cast at the direction of the "Frat Boy" himself or one of his underlings looking to suck up for favorable treatment. High employee turnover at this office should tell you all you need to know about the current management in this office.

Where is my chair?

Pros

There are still hardworking people there trying to build that chair, but more keep fleeing as it continues to get worse instead of better.

Cons

Management still can't get that chair delivered on time. They keep shuffling cards, but still lose the hand. Manager has been here quite some time now, so no more excuses. There are no excuses anyway - either you delivered on time or you didn't. They are not so smug after a year of reality. Or shouldn't be because they have not delivered previous contracts nor gotten any new ones.

Since we don't build chairs I am not sure how to respond to your comments. Our turnover in this office is down, we are in a better place by far than we were a year ago, and we continue to have improvements in customer service and delivery. Your comments are not consistent with other employees that I talk to in the office. I would be glad to listen, call me anytime. Tim
