Pros

The best part about the job are the incentives. In the 2 years that I worked there I won a netbook, a flat screen and a visa gift card for $275. That's in addition to bonuses on my paycheck.

Cons

I worked collections and I hated it. I hated the whiny customers and the way it was celebrated squeezing peoples last penny from them. it was sickening. when I got switched from collections to customer service for another client, I thought it would be better but it I still wasn't happy.

Good pay, team incentives, easy job

Cons

It was hard collecting from people who were broke, the sob stories. Then management changed our breaks from 15 minutes to 5! Had to be at work at 5am to start calling people on the east coast.
