      My Trainer was awesome, but didn't fully pre late me for the job

      Cons

      The job itself. They don't pay you for breaks or even going to the bathroom. The system is slow and it sucks. You have to be there 9 hours a day to get 8 hours and they treat you like crap and somehow lose hours and refuse to pay them when you were there

      I really wish I could find something good to write about the company, beside It's a job and a pay check.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low starting pay, terrible training, too many restrictions, set times for lunch and breaks. 30 minute lunches. The work area is too close to your coworker and it's hard to hear the customer. They put you on the phone with the customer too soon. They don't allow you to write anything down; paperless environment. They hire anything one coming through the door. They do not have 401K.

      Pros

      IQOR is a call center environment and allows associates the option to work from home. Compensation begins at $10 an hour and after training you work is evaluated every month for three months with an opportunity to get a quarter raise each time. After the three months every quarter you will be ranked a 1,2,3, out of the whole site with another option to get a raise or if you're ranked low a possible chance of termination.

      Cons

      The office environment was very immature you have "hook-ups" among agents, supervisors and management. One manager in particular dated a human resource rep, dated a supervisor, then dated one of his agents, and was also caught video taping one of his supervisors prancing around in a mini skirt.
