      I liked the fact that I was helping another human being get his phone service working

      their policy is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I had a customer that could not call a certain number both me and my supervisor did all the tech fix its . still could not call customer call back complained and I was let go

      None, except for the other call center representatives I had the opportunity of working with.

      Awful pay for what's expected of you, stressful and taxing work, bratty and unprofessional supervisors, working environment conducive to airborne illnesses, lying about time they give you for work improvement until they decide to terminate you, verbally abusive customers that call in to deal with their inane and insignificant cell phone issues, no vacation or sick time off - AT ALL (you MUST make every single hour off up), no paid breaks, dismal prospects for pay raises and bonuses, company treats its employees as completely disposable, constant practice of "hire-and-fire" (hiring many employees routinely, only to terminate many shortly after).
