There are no pros to working here

Cons

This is a very unprofessional environment , Supervisor are highly disrespectful and loud. Most of the reps I encountered were very childish and ghetto for lack of a better word. The training is sub par due to the fact that we did not get our log ins until the day we actually went out to the floor to take calls.

Pros

Leadership needs addressed to much personal contact outside the office with employees. Promotions were limited however, benefits were very good

Cons

Management was excellent with time off policies especially when illness struck my family. I felt held back on personal growth, company values were directed towards their clients regarding recovery.
