      Pros

      Excellent experience in regards to working the phones and some negotiation skills. Great spot to go when you are looking for work. Collections can be a rewarding career and this is a great company to start out. Work hard and you will do fine. Can be competitive, managers are pretty easy going as long as you are punctual and actually work.

      Cons

      Changed different standards for work frequently including break scheduling and pay. Pay was low at first, but was also an entry level position.

      Pros

      Unlimited hours and a fairly achievable bonus scale. Lots of perks and benefits and PTO hours accumulate after every pay period.

      Cons

      Unprofessional at times. Overall the scope of the project could change at anytime depending on the wishes of the client.

      Somewhat stable. New leadership could mean better outlook.

      Cons

      Lack of financial recognition; Slow moving (as expected in large companies). If you do what you do, you get to keep your job. If you excel, it makes no difference pay wise.
