      Pros

      The company has a very rewarding bonus structure for high producing associates and managers. You are in controll of your bonus and are given all the tools to be successful. Benifits package is customizable to fit everyones individual needs.

      Cons

      There is structure and guidelines for each job. Employees that simply want to punch a clock and take a paycheck are left out of bonus and advancement oppertunities.

      cant think of any pros.

      Cons

      they do not appreciate their employees. its all about numbers. Their system really sucks, its always messing up. They dont interview, just hire anybody. worked for this company for over a year. No benefits. Employees are poorly trained. they dont pay more for working night shift and/or for being bilingual.
