Cons, wow there are so many! Your paycheck will never come with a pay stub and the website to see your paystub is almost impossible to access. your paycheck is almost gauranteed to be wrong EVERY PAY PERIOD. Management is very unprofessional and only manages their own individual compensation and perception, not the product they were hired or promoted to manage. And although they know the equipment is limited and hampers production, they will use it against you in quarterly reviews unless you're in the in crowd. The training sucks and when there is a change in policy or procedure nothing is put writing and properly distributed so everyone is aware and can make the appropriate adjustments.
