      Lousy nickel & dime company that doesn't care about its employees

      ummmm...the people I work for and with are great, but then again, I've worked with them for years before iQor took over.

      Cons

      Benefits suck. Health coverage is a mini plan that not even Wal-mart would offer its employees. Drastic cut in PTO. No bereavement days, must take PTO. Must take PTO days for holidays. No office supplies. Terrible job performance reviews that don't tell you anything. The way the ratings are given out to associates is based on AVP and VPs fighting it out to see who get a lousy + or -. They have turned RMS into a shell of its former vibrant self. Vendors don't get paid on time. Glad Vikas is gone. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

      Solid stock-holder performance. Competitive salaries at AVP level & up.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE home-grown technology, fraught with problems, unrealistic expectations and workload. Working 7 days a week 14 hours a day - not enough time to get everything done. Not willing to invest in the right front-line employees - starting at $9/hr with no benefits gets you the rejects even McDonald's won't hire (or fired).

      My co-workers are awsome and supportive. If enough notice is given you can take time off.No nights or weekends.

      Cons

      RMS was bought by iqor last year and was a good place to work. We have a manager who is clueless and will evendualy run this branch into the ground. Last month our fax, phone and e-mail woldnt work and all she can do is cry.Between system crashes due to slow outdated computers and no office supplies, It is hard to do your job.. I used to love comming to work, but now I have to talk myself into getting in the car. We had a meeting today where she proceded to tell us if we laugh or talk we will be written up.
