      i cant give any good reasons to work for Iqor. turn over rate very high as long as you show up youll have a job

      constant change of schedule with little or no notice treated like a child or student raise your hand to get permission to use the restroom

      Pros

      I work with a great group of people both directly and via our client. I have learned more about accounts receivable management as well as life in an outsource call center. The return of comprehensive medical benefits is a plus. The theory behind their technical vision is sound.

      Cons

      Pay is substandard and the idea that it's ok to work for 3, 4, 5 yrs without a raise is laughable. Job title based on rate of pay instead of actual performance and contribution is not a good thing either. The technical problems are severe and should be addressed accordingly.

      great pay. unlimited overtime. energetic fun managers and supervisors. very laid bk enviroment

      Cons

      tooo many rules as far as what to do on the call. nonstop calls bk to bk to bk. constant listening in on calls and the supervisors yell down the aisle as they are listening to the calls and your trying to tlk to the customer, like really? too much noise sometimes.
