Pros

It is better than being unemployed or under-employed. The people that work in the center are great and all work together towards the common goal.

Cons

Poor insurance plan and very expensive for what you get. No paid Holidays and shift selection is minimal. Glass ceiling on advancement after the Supervisor level and pay is low if compared to call centers in the area.
