I feel that RMS an iQor Co does not have employee's best interest at heart.

In oldRMS, there is a history of inclusion that we can encourage one another with in our present and future.

Cons

The downsizing of oldRMS when combining of resources occurs. Especially when employees who have dedicated their life here, are gone.
