Pros

It can be a good place to start in customer service, and there is availability to move around. Good place to gain experience.

Cons

Horrible leadership and poor management overall. It can also be a very unprofessional work environment at times from workers and management.

Pros

The pay is okay and the company gives very good training.

Cons

The job is very stressful and the managment is poor. It is like any call center job where you have to be friends with your managment to succeed. You will probably be caused to have panic attacks and leave within a couple of years.

Company is so large that benefits, Human Resources, and payroll are in other states and can only be reached by email. Employee morale is low.
