Most unprofessional company I have ever worked for.
Pros
None. They gave me a check that was less than 500 dollars for a full time schedule.
Cons
NO HR. No benefits. They will throw you under the bus to not get fired. They gave big manager a plastic iQor keychain to mark his five year anniversary with the company. Management looks poor, and complain about it even in training! Trainers badmouth their own company while training their own future employees. Crappy paycheck. They only pay you 70 hours on an 80 hour workweek as they say they don't pay for your breaks. They have audacity to EXPECT overtime as part of your performance and bonus. Management openly referred to us as being similar to "fast food employees". Call center was disgusting, and equipment was all severly outdated. I was unable to get direct deposit even though I spoke with management (hr) about it, and they promised that it was corrected. I was still getting paper checks. They mailed the last check after telling me to pick it up. HORRIBLE COMPANY and it makes me mad that nothing is done to punish them or protect us from predatory work environments such as this.
