Pros

Good pay, team incentives, easy job

Cons

It was hard collecting from people who were broke, the sob stories. Then management changed our breaks from 15 minutes to 5! Had to be at work at 5am to start calling people on the east coast.

Pros

paid training, very easy job, benefits after 90 days, there are attendance bonuses, and once overtime becomes available its unlimited, and learn a lot about cell phone industry on the company view side instead of a consumer.

Cons

can be stressful, raises are based on reviews, reviews are once a month after 90 days on, once you reach a full dollar raise you get promoted to agent. once agent you get paid time off, promotes after that may or may not be a long way away based on availability. tech issues are to often
