      Pros

      I was able to gain a lot more skills coming into to the job, and for me, that was a major plus.

      Cons

      the work environment was very "hood" to say the least and the professionalism was always out of the door. the management never wanted to do their job as supervisor, and it was always a hard time trying to find an AVP to take a sup call for you.
