Pros
Depending on AVPs, (favouritism) they're to work with you being late or if you have something that came up. Free food when they have a high call volume. Great events to participate in... Pretty much do what you want no restrictions.
Cons
Company not giving knowledge of the changes that occur.... And then when you address it they act like you shouldn't known.Too much VTO and no overtime... The systems they use for logging in on a old computer. No great chairs to work in or computers.... No cell phones in the building at all, so if you have family you wouldn't know if emergency. No real coaching available, they just grade you and never tell you the reasons to better your performance. Nasty restrooms, very unprofessional and managers don't provide help when needed. AVP's are rude and they expect you to be rude to your customer.
