      Pros

      Laid back enviornment. Breaks whenever needed. Independent work method. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      Company doesnt value employees. Will make new rules and hold you accountable even if you were not notified of them yet. Can get fired very very easily. They have this thing called a red card and i seen one of their best collectors get fired for doing thing she was never trained on.

      Pros

      Friendly, laid back environment, lividly, some helpful co-workers with inviting staff members were almost everyone got along.

      Cons

      Manager expected obsolete punctuality, even if one was a minute late, he would fire you without giving anyone a chance. He sometimes let go of some of best workers.

      Pros

      It was very easy and quick process of applying and getting hired. The atmosphere on the job really helped me with having a certain level of professionalism. Also, raises were not hard to come by because it depended on your score and skill level that you've shown throughout the month,

      Cons

      The call flow was very difficult to manage at some times because of technical difficulties. It could be very difficult to get time off or request different hours because the job is not flexible.
