Very little diversity of ethic groups or races in UPPER management (VP and upper). This positions or mainly occupied with older white men and some white women.

Terrible management, unrealistic expectations of employees, unkept promises, they were recently sued for not paying employees well-deserved overtime pay, so there's that. At the place I worked, most if not ALL of the chairs were falling apart, some breaking while you were on a phone call, headsets were always breaking, etc. The supervisors were usually messing around and making all kinds of noise. Breaks were terribly short and enforced by supervisors coming out to come get you. Plus it had terrible lighting, the windows weren't allowed to be open so it was very bleak.
