Pros

Willing to train anybody.Will teach you about call center experience.

Cons

Constant changes they make up rules as they go.After working there 3years and 6months still at the same pay rate they dont care about their employees they figure out ways to cheat you out of your bonus.

Pros

The only thing that is good about the job is the paycheck.

Cons

You have to work holidays. They are very unprofessional, people are dancing on the floor when you are on the floor, bathrooms always dirty, the cafeteria is always dirty, the alot of microwaves was broken and it is loud when you are on the phone.

Pros

You win a TON of meaningless prizes, play games and eat treats, all as a great distraction. The best thing will be the day I quit.

Cons

Preform work outside of your job title, no raises, no advancement, systems are never updated, the rules are drilled into your head but never enforced, the worst benefits I’ve seen, their values are just a list of things to try and ignore.
