Able to work from home. And they let you do pay day advances.
Cons
The work load keeps increasing but they never give out raises or bonuses as mentioned in the interview. They tend to add lots of tasks to your job every month that were not in the original job description. Plus when you mention the heavy work load management just ignores you. Instead of giving you a raise for all your hard work, they will write you up for not meeting new quotas on the new assignments. The kicker- is the quotas literally change every 2-3 months. They give you health insurance with extremely high rates.
