      Good starter job / alternative to Fast food & Retail

      Pros

      It is a good job for those who need to gain experience on their resume. It's more so a job for those who would like to gain Customer Service experience, not really geared for professionals. The reps are all more so fresh out of high school so the office environment would be good for those who are younger/inexperienced. They also have a work-from-home opportunity.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Scheduling isn't flexible. Management plays favorites with advancement opportunities. (promoted her own son, best friend..etc.) HR has little control over management. Constant employee overturn. Cleanliness is at a minimum. Horrible training protocols. HIGH deductible benefits.

      Pros

      A very easy hire process if looking for a job for the time being. I believe maybe there was a phone interview? People I dealt with from onboard /training were nice.

      Cons

      Training was pretty standard and easy enough. Trainer was nice. Their computers are set with a "security feature" to turn green if you don't touch mouse/keyboard after like 2 minutes. Real PITA when you're watching a long training video. Maybe the dumbest way to monitor employees I've ever seen. Only tells me they don't trust their employees. For minimum wage, they aren't going to keep anyone. End of training we're told we will get to select schedules and working 8 hour shifts. Yet we go select and it's 5 days of 11 hour shifts. Just weird all around. Even had issue with them claiming I didn't didn't return their equipment and they even threatened me while claiming I didn't return. Unfortunately for them I have GPS and dash cam. Was just a fitting end to my brief time to a really disorganized operation.
