I saw it starting to shift from laid back to a slaves back.
Calls can be constant sometimes with no end.
It didn't seem like every agent was taking the same amount of calls. Some got different privileges or found other ways to be off the phone while everyone else took calls.
The only good shift was Mon-Fri. The other shifts were in the middle of the day usually from 1130 to 8. So you can't have a 2nd morning/night job.
It's kinna hard to get raises and if you do it's something you got to keep track of because i didn't know I got a raise until i quit lol.
