Flexible schedules, large break room, break rooms on each floor, multiple projects on site, diversity, tuition reimbursement, insurance and pay advance options, different departments to choose from

Cons

Low pay, high stress, angry customers due to nature of collections, pressure from supervisors/ upper management with unrealistic expectations

Pros

Accommodating & friendly trainers. You will be trained to take initiative in learning. You must always be alert and know your product abd services to help customers even during training since during our training. In my case, I had a pretty good experience in all of their transactions. Plus they have a canteen inside. To add, I had was offered a good salary package being it was my first job.

Cons

I can't remember if I have bad experience with them.
