Pros

- Nice, Open Office in downtown St. Pete (no cubicles, glass offices) - Unlimited Time Off - Easy interaction with Executives/Managers - Interaction with employees around the world - Work at Home (on average 1-2 days a week per department) - Bonus

Cons

- Very difficult to move up in company - Company uses minimal Corporate employees even though it's one of the area's largest private companies - Technology repair isn't a good business - Unclear future business plan/slow to react to business issues - After a major acquisition a few years ago, the company still hasn't gotten all of its technology on 1 system, leading to more work and issues - Too many layoffs worldwide - Benefits are poor - Communication needs to improve - Some managers spend almost all day in meetings and delegate most or all of work - Poor work/life balance experience

Pros

They do interview & hire pretty fast. So you won’t be waiting a long very time to hear from them

Cons

Doesn’t pay enough for the amount of work & stress we have to go through with the customers. $9 an hour is too low for a call center.
