Pros

You get a paycheck at the end of each pay week.

Cons

This place is an extension of high school. You pass your exams, you do the homework, but still somehow you are failing the course. Your supervisor evaluates you face to face, tells you that you are doing excellently well, but the internal evaluation submitted says something completely different! Rules only apply to those who are not friends of the supervisors. Cellphones are prohibited but are always on the production floor, while supervisor turn a blind eye to those they choose. During the interview they say they work along with school schedules and flexibility. This is false! Either you take the shift they give you or you leave! If you are okay with working along with adult "kids", be it a supervisor and or a co-worker, then this is the place for you. no room for advancement, supervisors only recommend their friends, no matter their work stats. Pros

Good shift flexibility, easy work once you get the hang of it. Onsite food truck for lunch, casual weekends, good pay.

Cons

Despite being there for months, some employees didn’t want to help newer ones, or the help they would give would cause something to go wrong. Things constantly changing like goals to meet and suddenly introduce “Mandatory Time Off” to send people home who’s stats aren’t good, even if they are just out of training. Lots of gossip, lots of ghetto high school and college girls/boys. Bad management. All the chairs are broken. If your computer stops working, you could be sitting for up to 45 minutes off the clock waiting for it to work.
