Pros

A pro is the overtime

Cons

I worked here for 2 months and let me tell you this job right here is so ghetto and unprofessional it's ridiculous. Training was full of bad vibes. Trainers were getting into it with agents and agents with agents. The trainers rushed through everything and when it was time to take live calls we had no idea what was going on aside from the opening and closing. So much going on, trainers sleeping with trainees. I was so done. Myself and a couple of others even went to HR to let theme know how uncomfortable the environment was and they did nothing to make working there any better.

Pros

Its a JOB ! Not to difficult to do if you can follow direction Only recommend if you are in dire situation and need to work asap !

Cons

Unprofessional Unsanitary Rules constantly changing They do not take care of there employees Gotta pay for your own uniform They make you feel like you lying to customers especially when someone else from another agency really screws up an account Had to be there at least 20 mins early to log into computers that sometimes log you out and you had to be on the phones at exactly 4:30 pm (example) which is fine however the shift before you can not get off the phones until the end of their shift which is usually the same time you had to be on your shift so you have to find a seat away from your team then when you get your 1st break use that 10 mins to move back near your team and risk losing 10 mins of pay or even your job because that place doesn't have enough space and operating equipment to run smoothly Make sure your check is accurate, ALL THE TIME they are liable to "mistakes" Oh and you can NEVER speak to Human Resources when needed. Job specifications changes constantly

Pros

Great staff, potential to move up, multiple shifts

Cons

not much option for pay increase unless you're THE BEST, not much reason to stay with no monetary incentive.
