      There is no pro that place is a terrible work environment, if you aren't liked by the supervisor and her lapdogs then you'll have an even more miserable time there

      Cons

      Bad management, they don't care about you at all. You have to pretty much suffer being called racial slurs and cussed out and they won't let you hang up the call

      It was a job.

      Cons

      I suffered bullying and harrassment during my time at iQor. Management was unproffessional and, at times, incompetent. The work environment was so unprofessional. I worked with drug dealers and everything else. Management was so focused on the job that they neglected to focus on quality and competence of their employees. There was so much favoritism amongst supervisors and their teams. The shift bids were unreasonable. I truly hated working at this place. I have never see so much confrontation and disrespect in a workplace.
