      some of the people and bosses are cool

      No freedom High goals and if you exceed them they raise them more I work 8 different accounts when most are only working one the pay..

      Easy to get hired, as long as you know how to read and use a computer your good to go

      Just as easy to get fired , micro manage stressful, mangament blames reps for system issues

      Pros

      - Decent pay, but not competitive. - People are friendly - Don't need much experience to get hired, willing to train. - Staff is friendly

      Cons

      - Management is sloppy and doesn't like being corrected even if they mess up - Loads of favoritism - High school like environment , loads of gossip and he said she said going on - No room for advancement..they promise opportunity but you will soon see that even if you are "High Performer" you will run into some walls advancing in this company. Wages are capped so even if you deserve a raise you probably wont get it. - Benefits exist, but they are horrible. I feel bad for anyone who has to go to the hospital with the coverage plans provided.
