Pros
The pros here is all the friendships I had made with several co workers that I have to this day, the pay is pretty great for an entry level agent on the MetroPCS project, and the management is ok. They do need some work and stop showing favoritism. Its just not cool to be on the low end of the stick because you're doing well.
Cons
When I worked at iQor I was involved with a coworker of upper stature, so he wasn't around much after teaching us things. Once corporate caught wind and our relationship went sour, they accused him of sexual harassment with me, and told me to leave the company because the said coworker and I continued contact during their investigation. The EEOC issued you my complaints iQor and a right to sue due to discrimination. Their exact verbiage when I was fired was,"Your boyfriend has been with the company longer, you're fired." So you fired me because I texted during your inquisition .
