There’s no work-from-home setup being offered, even for tenured and top-performing agents. I’ve requested it multiple times; last year and again last month but it was rejected. I’m growing tired of the daily office routine: same environment, same faces. It’s become mentally draining and monotonous. What I need is work-life balance, an environment where I can deliver results and still have space for personal growth. For the past three years, I’ve consistently been a top agent. I’ve always done my best to meet expectations and follow company protocols. But when I finally asked for something that would support my own well-being and development, I was denied. At this point, I no longer feel fulfilled or valued in this company. I'm preparing to submit my resignation.

Bad management, It feels like a Lala Company. The HR head is highly manipulative and doesn't like to hear from anyone. A lot of family references are happening on the India side, so be careful before you say yes to this job.
