Pros

You get a paycheck and you get to live at iqor free of rent

Cons

Literally everything. The management sucks, the turnover rate is crazy high, and they'll find anyway they can to steal your money and blame it on you. Never knew I could go to work and lose money

Nothing terrible place of employment.

Cons

8 weeks training for 9/ hr. Terrible rude ratchet trainer name Berny! He is a jerk! He sleeps with trainees. Terrible work experience. And this place is filthy. I resigned.

Thorough training, that's the only positive thing.

Cons

High turnover, typical call center environment, strict documentation required on every call, graded randomly on monitored calls by not only your immediate supervisor but a ghost ninja team of people that will give you low scores from minor blips.
