Pros

Bonuses and can make a lot of money if you're a good collector. You will get hired.

Cons

People are unprofessional - from stealing food in the fridge, inappropriate work attire, disgusting bathroom manners. Anyone can get hired and anyone can get fired. No degree needed for any position. Hard to move up the ladder. Higher management is a clique. It is definitely a favoritism kind of company. Terrible benefits. They don't match 401k's. Most people seek health insurance outside of the company.

The management had very group showed favoritism towards and also not a very businesslike environment there with racism and sexual harassment

I enjoyed my coworkers most of all and the relationships we built are unbreakable. I truly must say my schedule was really flexible for the most part.

Cons

Once our location was taken over by Iqor(formerly IRT) things became worse. Very unprofessional, the hiring process is unbelievable which is why things became worse.
